You can purchase anything within our product selection! From rugs to beds, dining chairs to outdoor sofas, you'll find something to fit all tastes and homes. The vouchers are redeemable across all brands on milola.ch.
How long is my gift voucher valid for?
Your gift voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount for gift vouchers?
Yes, there is a minimum and maximum amount for our gift voucher denominations. The minimum amount is CHF50 and the maximum amount is CHF1,000.
We have tried to offer a range to suit all price points, but you are also more than welcome to multiple vouchers if there is a specific budget you have for your gift. For example, if your budget was CHF350, you could purchase a CHF100 and CHF250 together.
Can I transfer a gift voucher to someone else?
Yes, once you have paid for your gift voucher you will be sent a digital gift voucher with a code to redeem. This can be shared with someone else, but it is your responsibility to ensure only those for who the gift is intended, receive and redeem the code.
We can also supply a physical Milola voucher to make the occasion even more special. Send any requests for physical gift cards and vouchers via our contact form.
Do I need to enter a code when using a gift voucher?
Yes, when the voucher is purchased a code will be generated and sent to you, this then needs to be used during the checkout process.
How do I check the balance on my gift voucher?
If you forget how much you have redeemed on your voucher, simply email us at help@milola.ch, with your name and address, and we can send your latest balance.
